NextDose Bayesian forecasting dose calculator

A free web-based dose calculator using concentration guided dosing with Bayesian forecasting and the target concentration intervention approach
for busulfan, methotrexate, tacrolimus, warfarin, linezolid, voriconazole, gentamicin, tobramycin, amikacin, vancomycin, caffeine, mycophenolate, hydroxychloroquine, dabigatran, posaconazole, gancyclovir/valgancyclovir, clozapine and enoxaparin.

Apologies for the late notice.

The University of Otago will be carrying out scheduled electrical maintenance, that requires a full shutdown of datacenter power. As a result, all systems hosted in the datacenter must be powered down for the duration of this work.

Therefore NextDose will be offline from Friday 16 Jan 12pm NZDT - Saturday 17 Jan 5pm NZDT.

Note that patient data stored on dev.nextdose.org is not transferable to www.nextdose.org. The dev.nextdose.org web is under active development and may change without notice as features are tested and bugs fixed.
